At M3 homes, our first meeting is all all about you! We will schedule your first meeting with our construction specialist and our Consultant Designer/Architect. At this point we would ask you to come with your wish list and any ideas or plans you have worked on prior to the meeting.
Remember! We are not here to tell you how your home should look like! We are only here to help you build your dream home! our architect, designer and construction specialist will ask you exploratory questions throughout the meeting to try and understand what you want.
Too many builders today focus on selling you pre-planned price packages on the first meeting.
We, at M3 homes believe every client is different and for us it may just be another project but for you it is your home.

COMMUNICATION

UNDERSTANDING
At M3 homes, we go to limits to understand your exact requirements and tie them with your budget. This helps us propose to you a Home that you will love living in without breaking your budget. While building a home, a lot of compromises need to be made, sometimes due to technicalities and sometimes due to budgetary constraints. Our professionals will ensure you understand how to minimize those compromises.
PLANNING A LOCATION
BUDGET
Besides providing a state of the art building experience, M3 homes has built strong relationships with experienced and honest real estate agents, who, when needed will help our customers with finding that perfect location to build your home. We understand that most of our clients come to us with the location already acquired and that is great, but as a one stop solution, we have built relationships to facilitate our clients at every step of the way.
No matter how big or small the project, every home project comes with a budget. Unlike other builders who present you with a standard price package, M3 homes builds your unique proposal based on your exact needs and material choices you make. Once the initial proposal is put in place, our cost accountants wil sit down with you and work with you on alternate materials to keep the project inside your budget. An easy example: Builders usually give you a turnkey solution with upper limits on each material. so lets say you sign an agreement that states the bathroom tiles will not exceed PKR 3000 per square meter. Now you have 10 bathrooms in your house and you select cheaper than PKR 3000 psm tiles for 7 of those bathrooms, the builder makes an extra profit. but if you choose expensive tiles for the remaining 3 bathrooms, you have to pay the builder the difference. M3 homes take pride in the fact that we share our costs to the penny with our clients and in above situation, client will save the money for the 7 bathrooms where they choose cheaper tiles and only pay extra for the more expensive tiles. It is simple logic: It is your money and ONLY you should choose how to spend it.
DESIGNING
M3 custom homes is unique in its ways. We believe everyone deserves to live in the homes of their dreams and no one should ever have to choose otherwise. Normally it costs over PKR 100 per square foot to hire an interior designer. At M3 homes our professional designer services are part of our package absolutely free of cost to you. When you entrust M3 with your dream home, our designer will have several meetings with you in our Design Studio and after complete understanding of your choices from tiles to paint shades to furniture placements, you will receive a photo album as a gift from us that will show you 3-D images of exactly how every inch of your house will look upon completion. That is the M3 way of doing business!
