You'll have your very own Personal Design Consultant, who is available to provide guidance and advice to help you achieve your desired design style on your preferred budget. You decide which features are most important to you, and we'll help you create your very own personalized Built to Order home.

Q.WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I VISIT THE M3 HOMES DESIGN STUDIO?

A.Your Personal Design Consultant will be there to help you navigate the process of selecting finishes based on your personal style, define your personal vision of your Built to Order home and work within your desired budget. The APPOINTMENT (s) is interactive, exciting and fun.

Q. HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY M3 HOMES DESIGN STUDIO APPOINTMENT?

A.First, think about how you’ll live in each room. Walk mentally through each space and make a list of the details that will affect your lifestyle—including outlets, lighting, wiring for surround sound and more. Next, you can utilize home design websites. Collect photos and anything that will help you and your design consultant define your style. Bring in magazine clippings and fabric and paint swatches. Lastly, if you have children, you may want to arrange for a babysitter. Often, homebuyers prefer to give their undivided attention to the appointments. We know how difficult it is for little ones to be so patient.

Q.HOW MUCH SHOULD I EXPECT TO SPEND ON MY BUILT TO ORDER DESIGN CHOICES?

A.We realize that no two families are the same, and every homebuyer's desired budget is different. You decide how much to spend on the personal design of your home, and your Personal Design Consultant will work within that desired budget.

Q.CAN I GO TO A M3 HOMES DESIGN STUDIO BEFORE I EVEN PURCHASE LAND?

A.Absolutely! Previewing the M3 Homes Design Studio is a terrific way to get a feel for what it means to create a Built to Order home. When comparing M3 Homes to other builders or resale, you'll see that most other builders don't come close to the range of personalized choices that a Built to Order home provides, and for resale homes, you're required to accept everything "as is" or hunt for improvements on your own.

Q.DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT TO VISIT THE M3 HOMES DESIGN STUDIO?

A.If you'd like to meet with a Personal Design Consultant, then yes, you do need to schedule an appointment in advance. This allows us to give each homeowner plenty of personal time and attention. Typically, a homeowner will have multiple appointments, generally one longer appointment (2-4 hours) to narrow down your choices and a shorter appointment (1-2 hours) to finalize your personal selections.

Plus, we have options that allow you to modify your floor plan, technology choices like digital wiring and other great energy-saving options. We offer a wide range of choices you need to personalize your home and make it uniquely yours.
 

Q.HOW DO MY CHOICES AFFECT THE COST OF MY M3 HOMES?

A.That's the true value of creating a Built to Order home. You pay only for the selections you deem important enough to include in your new home. There are also many no-cost choices, and all prices include tax, delivery, installation and warranty.
